At Gracefully Crafted, every item is made with care just for you! Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our return policy before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Please carefully review all personalization details (names, numbers, colors, sizes, etc.) before submitting your order. We print names and numbers exactly as they are entered during checkout.
Customer-submitted photos: By submitting a photo for a custom design, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for printing.
Apparel Sizing
All apparel is offered in unisex sizing unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the size chart before ordering, as we cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
If the error was ours, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
Local Pickup Orders: Please inspect your order when picking it up. If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 3 days so we can make it right if the error was ours.
